Ask students to respect and obey our hallway monitors

There was an incident last Sun. that I have to bring to your attention. 3 of our students, all boys, were spotted playing football at around 3PM during the break in the student center. They were throwing a ball as high as the ceiling and our hallway monitor was concerned about safety, and possible damages to property as it might cause damage to light fixture and windows, and asked them to stop but they refused to obey. I’ll be following up with the teachers and the parents of these boys. Please remind your students to respect our hallway monitors and that horseplay is not allowed on campus.

Bohua WeChat group created – 博华社区大平台

As a result of popular requests, a Bohua community WeChat group is created as a secondary channel for communication. Please feel free to join the group. You can scan the attached QR code (expires in a week) to join, or ask somebody who’s already in the group to invite you. After you join, please review the group announcement for the ground rules. Keep in mind joining this group is optional, and the main communication channels are still email, and school websites.

Congratulations to two of our 6th grade students! Their articles got selected, and published on a local Chinese newspaper: Colorado Asian Journal – 新华报. See attached pdf.
